Dental Insurance Claims
We file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. It is important we receive all of your dental insurance information if you would like us to submit claims on your behalf. In order to help you in the most effective manner, we prefer to have the patient’s insurance information well ahead of the date of service or appointment date. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. At NO TIME do we guarantee what your insurance benefits will or will not cover for each claim.
